CPCArchitects provided full time on-site Construction Administration services to HKS Architects for the Westfield UTC shopping mall expansion project.  Westfield UTC is the premier shopping and lifestyle destination in the San Diego / La Jolla area.  The project added over ninety (90) stores and more than fifteen (15) restaurants to the existing center, as well as a five level parking structure with an  MTS Transit hub at the ground level and link to the future light rail station at the upper level.
