This 1,425 SF temporary leasing trailer was created to showcase the proposed finishes that the new mall will be incorporating. As part of the construction trailer, this leasing office was incorporated and provides a nice safe heaven in the mist of all the construction for proposed tenants to experience Westfield UTC and get an idea of what the renovated space will look like. It counts with one leasing office, a conference room, mall model & reception area and a pleasant outdoor deck with trellis and canopy lighting.
