This 1,590 SF Spec Suite designed for JBM Properties LLC. and Blackbird Ventures as a client offers a large suite separated into two individual executive offices by a large sliding door, a large conference room with glass front to be used by both offices and as a board room for other partners, an open office area for collaborative environments with adjacent lounge is located in one suite while the reception and administration side is located on the other, a separate break room with kitchen is separated . This suite incorporates state of the art materials that are eco-friendly and environmentally responsible
